• Initial 4 hours of design are free; thereafter, a ZAR450-00 revision fee applies for further changes.
• Mould design is exempt from design costs/revisions.
• We evaluate your goals and discuss the required mould type for your project's scope.
• Choose between aluminium or sheet metal moulds, with pros and cons explained.
Free Design Consultation:
• Our team apply a 3.5% scale factor to account for shrinkage post-design.
• We utilize Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) for rotation moulding compatibility.
• We maintain a minimum 4mm wall thickness but can be adjusted for strength and design needs.
• Our team determine optimal split line quantity for efficient demoulding and assembly.
Design Standards:
• Our team creates conceptual drawings tailored to client specifications.
• Clients receive a PDF version of the product in Engineering Drawing Format.
• Iterative development continues until the design is to your satisfaction.
Concept Development and Revisions:
• Our team will obtain client approval before advancing to mould design.
• This approval signifies readiness for mould costing and production.

• After sample production, we update costing sheets for pricing discussions.

Client Sign-off:
Mould manufacture lead time: 10 weeks for aluminium or sheet metal
depending on complexity.
Mould Design and Analysis:
• Upon mould design and costing approval, sample production begins, with notification to Client upon completion.
• Communicate any necessary mould revisions.
• Upon client satisfaction, we issue and sign off the invoice.
